We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time without notice. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the service.

Account Registration

To use LogoGen, you must create an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Account Security

You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

Credits and Payments

Credit System

LogoGen operates on a credit-based system. Each logo generation consumes one credit. Credits are purchased in packages and never expire unless your account is terminated for violation of these terms.

Pricing

Current pricing is displayed on our Pricing page. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect credits already purchased.

Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment providers. By making a purchase, you agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize us to charge your payment method.

Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on credit purchases. To request a refund, contact our support team within 14 days of purchase. Refunds are not available for credits that have been used to generate logos.

Intellectual Property Rights

Generated Logos

Upon successful generation and download, you receive full commercial usage rights to the logos you create. You may use these logos for any personal or commercial purpose, including but not limited to products, services, websites, and marketing materials.

Service Ownership

LogoGen and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Restrictions

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our service or included software. You may not reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of our AI models or algorithms.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use LogoGen to:

• Generate logos that infringe on existing trademarks or copyrights
• Create content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or offensive
• Generate logos containing hate speech, violence, or discriminatory content
• Attempt to circumvent any security features or access restrictions
• Use automated tools to generate logos in bulk beyond normal usage
• Resell or redistribute logo generation services to third parties
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations

We reserve the right to monitor usage and investigate any suspected violations. Violation of this acceptable use policy may result in immediate account termination without refund.

Disclaimer of Warranties

LogoGen is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We do not warrant that the results obtained from using the service will be accurate or reliable.

You acknowledge that AI-generated logos may occasionally resemble existing designs. You are responsible for conducting your own trademark searches and ensuring your chosen logo does not infringe on existing rights.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LogoGen and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid for credits in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LogoGen and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your violation of these terms or your use of the service.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which LogoGen operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the jurisdiction's arbitration association.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the updated terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.

Your continued use of LogoGen after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the service.
